This joint exhibition presented in partnership with Now Instant Image Hall contrasts voyeurism and observation, exploring how the former seeks control and intrusion while the latter seeks connection and understanding. In this context, we invited ten filmmakers to explore how the act of looking influences our perceptions, ethics, and relationships with what we observe. The result is a diverse collection of exhibition-specific and archival moving image works, each responding to the theme through various formats and perspectives.
